Existing Conditions
There are xxx 17kW clothes dryers in the basement of the facility. These dryers are operated by tenants and run long hours.
Retrofit Conditions
We recommend replacing the existing dryers with xxx new natural gas dryers. The dryer room is located close to the boiler room, making it straightforward to run natural gas to the new dryers.
Further Benefits
The new dryers have a greater heating capacity, so they will dry clothes more quickly.
