Lighting retrofit projects are often the easiest to evaluate and implement, so many building owners undertake lighting projects before looking at HVAC, controls, and other conservation possibilities. For this reason, clients decide at the beginning of a ManagingEnergy audit whether or not they need lighting included. If so, this section contains the details of that work.
If a lighting audit is not included, Appendix C is left empty.
